ORDERING POLICIES

Q: When can I call to order?
A: M-F 9AM-9PM, Sat 1PM-9PM, Sun 2PM-9PM Eastern Standard Time.

Q: What information will I have to provide?
A: We will need your name, address, phone number, email address (if available) and payment info.

Note: Privacy Statement: Empire Enterprises / Madison Medical does not give out or sell any of your information. Any information obtained will only be used by us to contact you with important TheraSauna™ use information or on new or related products if such become available which you might benefit from.

Q: Can I send a check?
A: You may send us a check. A certified bank check is preferred. Personal checks and some bank checks may require up to 10 days to clear. Call about wire transfers.

Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: In order to order and have your TheraSauna™ built and shipped to you we will need full payment upon ordering. Credit cards will be charged when the order is placed.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours from the time you placed the order with us for a 4% fee if the shipment has not left the factory yet. After 48 hours there is a 20% order cancellation charge if the shipment has not left the factory yet. If the sauna has left the factory see our return policy below.

Q: What is the Satisfaction Guaranteed / Return policy?
A: We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. If you are unsatisfied or have any problems, please contact us immediately so we can work to correct the issue as soon as possible. Saunas can be returned if they are unopened and still on the pallet and protected from damage for a 20% restocking charge plus shipping cost both ways if it's within 5 days of delivery or 25% thereafter plus shipping in the continental USA only.

Q: What if something is broke or doesn't work?
A: Call us TOLL FREE at 1-877-839-0125. It is rare but if something is broke or does not work then there is a few simple checks we can have you do over the phone. If replacement parts are needed, they will be sent out immediately. We will need your credit card number on hand for the cost of the parts and shipping. Your credit card will not be charged unless you do not return the defective parts within 30 days. Everything in the TheraSauna™ is setup using premium electrical connectors and wiring so that it is neatly installed and easily removable via a few screws and quick-disconnect electrical plugs.

Q:
Can I get a discount for ordering more than one?
A: Yes you can! If you need more than one or you would like to order along with other family or friends let us know!
